Consulting

If you’re reading this, then you’re probably well-familiar with my approach… (or, click here for a case study)

… so, I’ll dispense with the formalities.

Consulting with me is most helpful when you need…

dot to go beyond the stuck points that you keep hitting up against. Everyone has “internal factors” that keep them from moving forward in the way they’d like… and it’s my specialty to help you find what they are and heal them, so they no longer keep you from the results you want in your life.

dot clarity about what you’re doing, how you’re doing it, or how to do it better. I know that sounds broad, but hey, when you’re stuck, confused, or feeling lost, you really don’t know what you need… just that you need help. That’s what I’m here for: to help you diagnose the situation and take meaningful steps towards resolution.

dot to get more clear about the purpose and meaning of what you do. When you’re clear about what you’re about (if you catch my drift), your communication is clear and authentic, your efforts become streamlined and purposeful, and your level of fulfillment skyrockets.

Possibilities of what we can do together:

  • Intuitive, honest, and in-depth assessments of your business, of your current situation, and where you need to focus. These take around 90 minutes, and include you getting abundantly clear on your next steps, plans, etc.
  • One-on-one sessions to guide you through the changes you need to make, walk you through the transformation you need, or show you “how to fish for yourself” when it comes to business actions, self-healing techniques, intuitive guidance, etc. Most one-on-one sessions are about an hour each; and, there’s flexibility there, depending on your needs.
  • Interim email support, to answer the kinds of questions that just can’t (or shouldn’t) wait

If this kind of focused, one-on-one support is what you’re needing right now, let me know what’s going on for you, and let’s discuss how I can help.

(When we talk, I’ll explain the pricing structure I use, and assuming we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule the intuitive assessment.)

Case study: Jennifer

Jennifer is an architect who was overloaded with work, and needed help becoming more organized. She came to me wanting help in finding “flow” in her work.

However, as we talked, it became apparent that the biggest headache in her work was what she called “toxic clients” — the kind of client who loved her work, but always wanted work done that was outside the bounds of their contract. These clients would rarely pay their invoices on time, always demanded multiple changes to already-finished designs, and expected Jennifer to conform to unreasonable deadlines.

It was the constant re-shifting of priorities and deadlines that created her inefficiencies, much more than a lack of good systems and processes. However, what Jennifer needed to get on track wasn’t just a way to deal with the chaos; it was the internal clarity and ability to ” stand in her value” that would allow her to say no to outrageous demands, not just with words, but in her very presence.

As we strengthened her self-image, Jennifer found it easier and easier to speak up for her needs. But what was most exciting was that many of her “toxic” clients just left, and a new wave of clients that respected her boundaries (including paying on time) started filling her schedule.

What past clients have to say…

“Wow, wow, wow. I’m so grateful to you!!! You rock!

When I think back on those years I have so much gratitude to you for the many times that I was able to rest into your heart and your guidance. You’ve been so right on for me each and every time.

You are a treasure and a jewel. I pray that God makes a clear path to your door so that everyone who is searching for the depth of clarity and strength of connection that you have will find you.

Thank you again for all you’ve done for me over the years.
